The Bios in my new Asus mobo as seen in sig is a lot diff than my old Lanparty one. I altered an option for a 10% overclock and got my 3200+ to 2.2Ghz with hardly any temp differance. I noticed the 10% change changed the cpu frequency from 200 to 220. I thought seen as the temps arn't that much diff I'll manualy clock it and set the cpu frequency to 240 to see if I could get a 20% boost. When I got into windows it read that my CPU had dropped to 1.9Ghz. What the ecks is that about?

I've worked it out when ever I set it myself the mobo dropped the muti down to x8 so I put it back to x10 and now its working yay. I run 3D mark 05 and whats funny is even though I'm running my CPU 400mhz faster when I run the benchmark I get 4 less points than when the cpu was running at its unclocked speed which is 2Ghz. (Strange)

I have an A8n-SLi Deluxe, which should be pretty similar to your motherboard and bios. So if you cant figure out wherethe divider settings are, let me know and I'll have a look in my Bios. But from memory, I believe it is in the memory settings and you set it to 166/200/266/300 etc
