Out of interest, when people refer to your "core" what particular muscle/muscle groups do they acually mean? Abzzz?

It is the muscles in your trunk/torso but your abs are a fairly small part of that. A quick list I've just taken from a random website to show you a listing: Rectus Abdominis, Erector Spinae, Multifidus, External Obliques, Internal Obliques, Transverse Abdominis, Hip Flexors, Gluteus medius and minimus, Gluteus maximus, hamstring group, piriformis, Hip adductors. You can argue about the precise formulation of the list and which muscles should/should not be included but that gives you a starting point although I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong. :)

Bathroom lighting, doing lifters justice for decades.

But in all seriousness, looking good. Please get a god damn haircut though ;)

What " are your arms, what weight and height?

Really squeeze your glutes/core during OHP, it helps a lot (srs).

Really? I'm doing OHP tomorow and will do this, thanks for the suggestion, all be it to someone else :p

Lunch today;

Jacket potato w/ 2x tuna pots + 1x cheese pot
Ham & mustard sarnie
10 brazil nuts
handful of beef jerky

Going to explode. Weigh in tomorrow, hoping to have hit the 91kg mark!

Did back/bi yday, completely smashed it and sweat was dripping everywhere!! Today however, strong aches on the inside of my arms, any ideas? It's either just insane DOMs, or something is up! It's muscular aching, not joint.

Is chocolate smooth the best MP flavour?

Assuming it's impact whey;

myprotein said:
Please note this nutritional information is taken from the unflavoured version. When choosing a flavoured version it will reduce the protein content by approximately 3% for most flavours, however chocolate, due to the added cocoa, will reduce it by approximately 8%.

For this reason I avoid the chocolate flavours. Try vanilla, it's LUSH!! :)

Saying that, I'm ordering some now with the deal they have on.

Can anyone suggest what else to buy to make it upto £50 for free delivery? Already stocked up on fish oil/creatine!

Guys I really need to do some cardio, or rather I really need to burn some fat.

I'v been told by a freind that power walking for 1hr is a good fat burner. Can anyone attest to this?

My currently routine is a Fullbody done on Monday and Thursday's, and the rest of the days (Tue, Friday (if I dont go out), Sat, Sun) I plan to do walking. I could do walking on Tue, Sat and swimming on Sunday?
