Massive 19cm wrists here.

UE no to progress as long as you lift the weight it's all good. To get big you'll get there without grip. However strong grip = manly.

deffo, i really really been enjoying my time with chalk, feels awesome ripping the weight up with bare hands. Forearms responding too.

Im still on double ocer hand grip for deadlifts, weight isnt half as big as most here mind.Dont intend on moving to mixed until i drop the weight on the floor

PB for MoNkeE today at our back workout, 150kg deadlift for 2 reps. Decent form too considering he's not been close to that before

I only managed 150kg for 3 as well, went for 170 but wasn't happening
