The racks at the gym were in use today so tried clean grip front squats - I'm convinced it's just not natural*. There's a range of new dumbbells though from 2.5kg to 50kg which is rather nice, pity the rest of the gym seems to be falling apart mind.
*I'm sure with practice I'll get better at it but I definitely need to work on keeping my elbows up.
