The racks at the gym were in use today so tried clean grip front squats - I'm convinced it's just not natural*. There's a range of new dumbbells though from 2.5kg to 50kg which is rather nice, pity the rest of the gym seems to be falling apart mind.



*I'm sure with practice I'll get better at it but I definitely need to work on keeping my elbows up.

Awwwww yeah - cleans to front squats are just awesome!

Had a proper blood and guts session tonight. Felt sick and dizzy for the last two days and I've been having cold sweats all day but I can't afford to miss any more leg sessions so the gym took priority over illness. Strength felt very good but recovery between sets was non existent.

Damn I can't wait for this cold to pass to I can get down the gym! This damn Facebook group is giving me too many feels, and I'm sat here breathing and coughing like an 80 year old cancer patient! I've lost 2.3kg this week to boot.
