Bad session tonight. Core felt very weak and my form broke during deadlifts. I've got a history of poor form with regular deadlifts but deficit deadlifts have been spot on until tonight

Forgot to do up my left knee support properly when I put it on and it quickly came unstuck. Second rep was easy but lopsided so I asked a mate to put it back on while I stupidly stood there with the weight on my back. Last three reps were spotted because I was knackered and started to lean forward. Ego got the better of me and after a lengthy injury I should know better. Feel free to ******* me.

Managed my first unassisted rep tonight which was the only highlight. Rest were assisted but I'm improving and my hamstrings are obviously getting stronger.
