Which is exactly why i said what i said (even though it was a joke)

My bench max is just under 100kg, i was joking that i could get to 150 just by getting rid of a supposed psycological issue.

Just getting ready to head out the door; got photo-shoot in studio 7:30. I am nervous, why i don't know.

I am really hoping im going to be very, very vascular im gulping honey, haribo tangtastics and taking some NO tablets.

Are those rows strict? Don't often see people with a bigger row than a bench.

Edit: Mean Pendlay row rather than all variants of row.

First time ever doing Pendlay Rows, so probably not. The 100s DEFINITELY weren't. I'd always heard they should be about the same as bench. I'll get a video next time.

It's crazy that you can miss 97.5 and then get 3 triples at 90.

2 triples, and the first 97.5 attempt just went out of line. 2nd attempt was considerably easier. 100 wasn't going to happen though, barely got it off my chest. Soon though. I'm actually going to start training my bench, I've never really focused on it, and it shows with my 102.5 PB.

Bad session tonight. Core felt very weak and my form broke during deadlifts. I've got a history of poor form with regular deadlifts but deficit deadlifts have been spot on until tonight :(

Squats
105 x 5

175 x 2 + 3 Spotted

Forgot to do up my left knee support properly when I put it on and it quickly came unstuck. Second rep was easy but lopsided so I asked a mate to put it back on while I stupidly stood there with the weight on my back. Last three reps were spotted because I was knackered and started to lean forward. Ego got the better of me and after a lengthy injury I should know better. Feel free to ******* me.

Deficit Deadlifts

Last set was all back. No idea why this keeps happening but my confidence has been wrecked again :(

Leg Press

Managed my first unassisted rep tonight which was the only highlight. Rest were assisted but I'm improving and my hamstrings are obviously getting stronger.

Calf Raises
200 x 5 x 10

Speed work next week to give my body a rest then a 5 rep max test the following week.
