Oh dear baby Jesus Christ.

After all the talk of Bulgarian Split Squats here I decided to give them a try. Just bodyweight so nothing remotely fancy... but what has happened to my legs? They appear to be attached, however they do not function, there is nothing but jelly - and I have DOMS, 2 hours after a workout I have DOMS... I sense the next two days are going to be a special kind of hell.

If it makes you feel any better, I still have DOMS from doing mine on Saturday.

I almost fell down the stairs on the way out of my gym the first time I did BSS :D
 
Anyone experienced pretty bad IBS symptoms when using Whey (concentrate)? I've just dropped whey powder altogether, although it was useful on occasion. I quite like using it when making protein bars/flapjacks and need an alternative!

Your legs are no more. You now have oak trunks of glory to walk around on ;)
 
All these years of training, I have never actually done a Bulgarian Split Squat.

This might explain, the lack of legs... going try them tomorrow for the first time.
