That's why I said 10x5, 5x10 is completely different.

My first thought, yes... But then he already wears moon boots to no effect, so I am now of the opinion that multiplication of zero will always equal zero.
I have realised that I have the upper body strength of a small, weak, malnutritioned girl. That, and I have no triceps. I think I was born with elastic bands there instead of actual muscles.
I'm on 3x10 sets, have legs tonight, which are probably the only moderately strong part of me. I suppose it can only get better
