Squat and bench 5x5 dead 1x5 as per stronglifts

Need to squat more, also haven't tried my maximum in a while.

Have only been lifting and squatting for a couple of months (as you can see with ratio between lift to bench), so curious to see where this goes :)

Edit: I assume you guys don't include the weight of the bar in those totals?
 
My numbers are also from stronglifts so 5x5/1x5

I'd expect they all include the weight of the bar, you still have to lift its weight after all.
 
Tested these past couple of days. Deadlift gone up, squat and bench press gone down; dropped 5kg total from last year, and my bodyweight's gone up haha.

Unofficially I did get a 200kg bench today but spot was touching the bar with his cast iron guarantee he wasn't lifting but because he had fingers on the bar I'm not classing.
