Pretty poor lifting last year, totals didn't really rise but I sorted out some form and mobility issues. Looking to increase my totals this year but could do with losing a stone.

Bench has dropped a little - been running a few cycles of Candito. Also are y'all distinguishing between knee wraps and knee sleeves?
 
Not really caring about sleeves, think most people get between zero and 5kg out of them (provided you're not getting a team of angry men to put them on 4 sizes too small) . Wraps are a different story though :)

As much as I want to say that knee sleeves don't help me, man does squatting feel nasty if you don't wear them!
 
Had a test of bench and deadlift yesterday - managed to get a new 1RM in each

LOL poverty bench! gonna make the 1000lb club this year for sure and hopefully at sub 90 BW. Snatch should fly up now as well as I am working with the right coaches

Hoping to hit 140/100/180 long term but maybe more realistically by year end 130/90/170. Bench has always been a struggle for me so i'd like to really bring that up in the future.

Have any of you had any success with Good Mornings as a squat accessory?

Squat & Bench is tough now / Deadlift has room to grow
