*************The 2017 Powerlifting Totals Thread*************

Good to see Morba in here! recent update, steadily improving and really happy to get 250 on the deadlift. next step 200 on the squat

Baxter ----------------- 192.5 / 135 / 250 ------------------ [100] --------- 577.5

Captainrave ----------------- 135 / 135 / 165 -------------- [78] --------- 435

Well I haven't updated in a while due to several injuries (broken rib and inflamed AC joint). Mostly back on track now though minus my chest.

Captainrave ----------------- 140 / 135 / 185 -------------- [82] --------- 460

warbie -------------------- 140/105/190 --------------------------[74]--------------435

Deads are progressing well, but i've hit a wall with bench and squats

Determined to hit 200kg deadlift by the end of the year. Taking much more care now though with all lifts.

ronski --------------------- 205 / 130 / 236 ---------------- [107] ----------- 571

Tested this week - bench and squat up 5kg each. Deadlift still stuck at 236kg - tried 240kg and got it above knees but unable to lock it out. Next time...

Well I doubt I'll improve these this year:

GiraffePencils ------------------------80+ / 105/ 120+ ---------[74] --------- 305

Spoiler, I work out at home where full clothing is optional, proceed at own risk :p

Well, not going to push anymore this year, so looking back at the end of 2016

Finished 2016 with:

Captainrave ----------------- 120 / 135 / 150 -------------- [77] --------- 405

and now the end of 2017:

Captainrave ----------------- 155 / 135 / 205 -------------- [85] --------- 495

Very happy with that. Especially when I only gained 40 over 2016 (and this year have had a lot of time off due to injury). I also have a functioning shoulder again, so am well and truly back to chest work, although now with much more caution and gradual weight increases. Once again thanks to reiyushin as your squat and deadlift program ensures that I easily add 2.5kg to my max lift every 3 weeks.
