Hi All.
At my work i use 2 Syncmaster 223BW and i absolutely love them! the best monitor i think i have ever used. however at home i have a NEC MultiSync 24WMGX3 which is also a great monitor, but i am becoming tired of the input lag / ghosting and think its about time i sold this one and bought 2 24" Samsungs. i'll miss the 24WMGX3 colour reproduction, but not the lag and screen tearing.
tbh the 2 Syncmaster 223BW are not far off when calibrated with a spyder. so im willing to now go with 2 decent TN panels with 2ms - 5ms response times. colour still is important i'm a 3d Artist working in video game industry but the 223BW is fine to work with in my book .
can anyone tell me which ones i should look at i'd like to get one with a closer stats as the 223BW as possible as its a fantastic well rounded display . here are its stats
Brightness 300cd/m²
Contrast Ratio 1000:1 (DC 3000:1)
Response time 5
Viewing Angle (Horizontal/Vertical) 170˚/160˚ (viewing angles are important but these seem fine to me)
Thx
Paul W
