We are considering getting my younger brother a new computer for xmas. Currently, he uses my old comp - 6 years old Advent comp with a lame GF MX420 and other seriously outdated hardware.
We are looking to get him a new comp with a strict £600 budget at the max (including a monitor). He's only 12 and so doesn't know comprehend good or bad hardware - he just wants to play a few games. But we want to get the best possible system for the money.
My parents wont allow me to build him a computer, as they want a warranty from a reputable company (I don't know why they doubt my system building skills...
) So, just out of interest, can anybody recommend any particular companies, or more specifically a particular system?
