The absolute best air cooler for a HTPC?

Ah I see :p Maybe not cooler for you then, as probably you would need to ramp up the RPM which if I’m honest the fan does get noisy.
 
The Mini-Ninja came yesterday and all I can say is that it's a bit of a beast :D

Performance wise it is amazing, I didn't even bother with the fan as I thought I would go for a bit of passive action first and see how well it copes. It easily handles my E2160 at 2.4GHz/1.1v, it idles around 30-40 and loads at around 60.

I have space on the back of my case for 2 x 60mm fans so have ordered a couple to help with heat exhausting, which should hopefully drop a few extra degree's.

Install wise is as easy as you are likely to get, literally just screw on a bracket and push-pin it into place, the clips may be a little awkward to secure due to accessibility but as I had the psu out at the time I never ran into any problems.

As soon as my case fans are here and airflow has been improved I will try upping the E2160 to see how high I can get passively while staying under 70c.
