I have loads of music/youtube videos up because I was going to download them and then the video goes grey and I get 'The Adobe Flash plugin has crashed.' and a unhappy lego face that eases the pain. The first time I just refreshed the pages and they were working again, but now it's happened again and I want to prevent it. They happened within like an hour of eachother and have never done it before. I probably could just refresh them but no doubt it will happen again in the future. What should I do to stop this happening!?

Only thing you can do is upgrade to the latest version of flash.
Wont neccessarily stop the crashes tho. Either buggy code on the website or firefox playing games...

If that does not fix it use a software youtube downloader. e.g. http://download.cnet.com/YouTube-Downloader/3000-2071_4-10647340.html?tag=mncol;2

This is a known bug with flash but was supposed to be fixed, still happens from time to time with the lastest flash, firefox actually changed their plug in manager to stop flash crashing firefox.
Try ending firefox plugin container in task manager then reloading pages, it should reduce the frequency of the crashes.
