The spy thriller series "The Agency" has scored a speedy Season 2 renewal at Paramount+ with Showtime.

Watched first episode last night now s1 has finished airing, not what I expected going into it (was thinking more along the lines of the last few shows / films Fassbender has done as a spy / hitman) but it's put enough plot points down that I'm looking forward to see how it progresses.

I imagine some people will find episode 1 slow and give up as it's not full of action set pieces.

I found it engaging, still got the last 2 episodes to watch. Good to hear its been renewed for another season.
