Has the non spam of military pictures rule been removed?

That rule was only there for a while on the old RiT when it suddenly got taken over by military pictures. I've done a quick check through and I see a little over 10% of the current posts in this thread contain military pictures which I don't think is excessive and certainly doesn't require a rule about it.

If the level of military pictures increases to spam level again then we'll do something about it.
