So are a hundred other home grown sports that we used to get on TV, CycloCross, Trial riding, Wrestling (ok it was crap but my gran loved it), hill climbs, instead of supporting cack like the superbowl they should be spending money on home grown sports and coverage,
So we can all agree Gridiron is ****.... Baseball has it moments (its also great to Drunk to) Just like Cricket. Ice Hockey is by the far the best of the lot but it gets no coverage as its not diverse enough and henceforth a white supremacist game.
Been to quite a few NHL games, the winter classic is awesome, Baseball again a few games, but I left the grid iron game it's just crap. I guess it's like F1 the hype is more exciting than the sport.

American football is not popular in the UK, this is people who think American football is popular in the UK and live in scumsville (London)
Fishing is more popular in the UK than American football, yet we are not faced with lines of chaps sitting on the canal with their mighty poles on our TV for Birmingham canals world championship are we....

I played Ice Hockey... Why on earth would I want to play American football when Rubgy League followed Union is still the better game 
No sorry, no amount of have you played or is stats based or is very tactical is going to sway me. Its dull.
Oh and yes the Guardian is state sponsored by Russia. It never has anything good to say about anything positive in the UK. Every article is written about the poor plight of some minority. (Like American football in the UK)
