Planning on picking up a 5600x and a B550 ATX board this week, hopefully, or failing that a stop gap ryzen cpu second hand.

Manli are mainly sold in South East Asia, I think I remember something about them being part of the Palit/Gainward group (take that with a pinch of salt). We're unlikely to see them in this part of the world unless imported or sold by stores with East Asian retail presence.

Power limit 100 %, 66c max temp when side panel off.

Have you tried horizon zero dawn in 1440p?
Mine can't keep up with stable 60fps while maxed out, its shame I was expecting a solid 60fps at all times.
