My palit gamingpro 3090 arrived this morning, first boot was just fine, went to install the driver's and now it won't show any video at all... Help

Tbf, I think the GPU was a 1st or 2nd batch - had it RMA'd but took about 2.5 months. No issues now, not sure what caused the issue though.

Its a good card, has a stabilising arm built in, which was great and the RGB was brilliant, after plugging it into my motherboard.

It runs a bit hot, but, plays everything on full settings.

You'll enjoy the card, its a nice bit of kit. The extra fan on the card, does a good job of keeping the MOSFET area of the card cool.

Yeah - certainly cheaper than mine - I am in regret mode for spending the money now and not sure I will even use it to its full potential so much so that i am wondering whether i should even install it

That is a completely natural thought process. You need your head being looked at for buying that card for over 1.9k to be completely honest

I didn't know what the actual price was supposed to be - nobody had one in stock with a price on it so it was difficult to tell

I purchased this card in January this year, for £1800. There were a few 3090's around then and this was the best, re OC, RGB and the card itself...
At the time I wanted a 6900xt but there were none anywhere!
The Inno3D GeForce RTX 3090 iChill X4 over a few months went all the way up to £2500 which is really insane money.
The card is a great card, plays all the latest games on highest settings and if your into RGB this card is also great. Plug it into an RGB header on your MB and away you go.The 4th fan is a good addition to cool the rear of the card MOSFET area.
However after a few months a 6900xt became available so I got that, which completes my AMD setup.
I sold the iChill on the obvious auction site for nearly what I paid for it (minus the fees and postage). The guy I sold it to got a great deal, as they were £2500 at that point.
I'm well happy with my 6900xt which I wanted in the first place, but the iChill is also a great card, you'll enjoy it.

I was wanting a good card for VR and really liked the look of this one especially with the extra fan

Try turning off Fast Startup in Win 10 if this is still causing you problems.

I had to do it for my 3090FE.

I love my 6900XT, it's quiet and cooler than the iChill x4 I had.
The 3090, is a good card, but I prefer the 6900XT which fits nicely into my AMD setup. The 6900XT will play all my games on the highest settings, so I'm happy with that.

Was lucky enough to pick up a 3090 in September at launch price for around £1580, if you could call that lucky... Certainly feels that way comparing prices now lol.

Has there been any improvements with ReBar yet? I've still not updated the bios as the improvements for it was mediocre.
