So afterburner isn't giving me any options for voltage controll on my inno x4 3090 am I missing something ?
And is it normal for this card to sit at 83c under a gaming load? Seems abit high to me

That's the default target temp after which clock speeds will taper off significantly to stay within 83 degrees. You already do lose clock speed as you get hotter, but is more aggressive when you do hit 83 degrees. So ideally would want to keep below that.
