1/12. New series. Alan Sugar begins another search for a candidate worthy of setting up in business with him - with a £250,000 investment to help get their idea off the ground. The first task, as usual, sees boys versus girls, with each team buying blank goods, adding their own designs, then selling them on the streets of London in a test of creativity, marketing and salesmanship. While one team opts for cute kids' clothes, the other plays it safe with Union Jacks for tourists. But before long, the pressure of their tight deadline grows and the back-biting begins.

I always think of the hot totty too but they always prove to be invariably annoying. The best characters are the less sexy ones like Lucinda, Debra, Lorraine, etc.

These official photos never seem to do them justice. I'm reserving judgement until I've seen the first ep. :D

I think this will be a good series. There are plenty of annoying people to amuse us.

Probably Katie to go. Biryani should stay for the bitchy entertainment factor.

Actually watched this week, and it looks 2010 was the high point of this show, with Stuart Baggs getting slaughtered in the final and Liz Locke's amazing tatas.

Series 4 was my favourite with Michael Sophocles and the kosher chicken incident in Morocco plus Lucinda and her fabulous dress-sense. :D

I don't know if any of you listen to the weekend breakfast show on LBC 97.3 with James Max but I just twigged he's a candidate from series one of The Apprentice. I think he made it to the final with Saira Khan.
