The Apprentice - Series 9

I'd be surprised if "leah" can survive more than 3 episodes due to being 24 and a doctor. Means she's newly qualified and has next to no life experience lol. Doesn't say she owns any business' or has had any other job either.

There appears to be a high standard of totty this year

They seem to have names specifically chosen to setup crude puns:

Natalie Punani
Uzma Yakboob
Francesa UptheDuff-Varley (profile pic looks a bit like Stella who won a previous series)
Leah Totty
Luisa Jizzman

I'm so immature :o

Its always difficult to judge as well based on what is written in their career information.

'Mexican Food Entrepreneur' - Could mean owning 150 nationwide restaurants.... similarly, it might also mean owning a single Mexican Food catering van.

Also with business owners, the information is always too vague as to whether they are big business or not.

Having seen the candidate video things, I can comfortably say that I won't be watching it for the totty this time because there simply isn't any!

If you didnt see it.

"I’m an alpha male; I always get my own way and know how to make people do what I want." Kurt.

When I hear Alpha male...I think ocuk.

Watched it for 10 minutes. Cringeworthy is an understatement.
I'll still probably carry on watching it for the car crashes though.

Just looked in the other sub-forum for a thread about this. I'll watch it later on iPlayer after the football, but after watching everyone's intro about me video things the other week it seems like they've picked people for TV entertainment more than any other year, so I'm not expecting much from this bunch of monkeys.

Yeah it's the tried and trusted Big Brother method

1. Find people who will obviously clash to cause entertainment.
2. Make sure they are obnoxious so everyone has a laugh at them.

Just hope it's actually funny and there are some intelligent types.

Spoiler Alert:
Alex Mills wins this season

Heres a picture after Lord Sugar told him he was hired:

Stopped watching it when they changed the format. Don't get me wrong the 'job' prize was always non-job (as shown by the recent court case) but at least the title of the show was accurate.

Now though it's based on business plans that he'll invest in which firstly just makes it a drawn out version of Dragon Den, but secondly makes the tasks pointless as clearly Sugar knows all their plans from the start and just makes sure the ones he likes best get to the final.

I also despise the fact it promotes the idea that to be successful in business you have to be a complete nob head (which is probably true though)
