The Asrock Conroe945G-DVI has no PCI lock. A problem when OC?

Will overclocking this board with a PCI soundcard mess it up with as it has no lock? Only a PCIE lock.I need the soundcard as the board has no spdif and its for a HTPC.

If it doesn't have a lock, just keep changing it back to 33mhz if need be should be fine.

This board normally tops out at 299FSB.

You're right, it could take a gigabyte out of potential performance.
