The back side of my chassis is blocking the RTX 3080 back vent. Is there any solution?

I just bought a new RTX 3080 FE with great difficulty but when I installed it in my NZXT S340 Elite the back chassis bar is blocking the GPU vent and there is no way to unscrew it. Is there any solution apart from buying a new chassis?
