The bar on the left in windows when you are opening or saving a file - customisable??

Hi all,

When you are opening or saving a file on windows xp, you have a bar on the left with the folowing icons;

My recent documents
Desktop
My Documents
My Computer
My Network

Is it possible to customise this bar to add my own shortcuts there (e.g replacing "My Documents" with my Z drive would be ideal :)
 
Thanks - works well.

Just found out that the bar is called the places bar and a google on that finds a lot as well. Cheers.
