The best FPP game ever

Guys, I'm looking for advice what is the best FPP game.
I used to played Tomb Rider, it was a few years ago. is there any similar game ?

Was being silly as tomb raider is 3rd person

In serious anwswer to the Q I would suggest Assassins Creed.

If it was first person, you would be playing through the literal eyes of that character, like you do in Half Life.

When you play as a character but view their body, it's from a third person perspective.

The word 'third' does not begin with an 'F'

Nope, "Tomb Rider" apparently. Presumably some kind of skateboarding-gravestone crossover game.
