The Best maintenance software?

Hello,

Im wondering what is the best maintanance software in your opinion to keep a PC's performance at best?.

Im currently using CCleaner, Auslogics Disk Defrag and Registy Defrag utilities.

Are there any you can reccomend that would be a better choice over mine?.

Best all Rounder is probably TuneUp Utilities 2008.

I still use CCleaner and Perfectdisk 2008for what they are designed to do.
