The Best Nvidia Drivers Ever!

Have been using these drivers since yesturday and I have gotta say that these are the best drivers i've had for ages. I mainly play BF2, NFSMW, FEAR and a few others and the framerates are amazing! Everything is so smooth. I urge all people with an Nvidia card to give em a go. . .

Has anyone else had a good experience with these drivers? Or is it just me

I tried the Forceware 84.20 from guru3d when they first came out, but they did not work as good as the ones from tweaksrus. Im not sure what they modify but their drivers always seem to work better than the unmodified versions. Its only recently that I have started to use use the Xtreme-G versions - im sticking with them from now on!

Well,

I tried the 84.20's from guru3d and fear was crashing all over the place. thought it was my overclock so slackened everying off....still crashed. Switched back to an older driver and no crashing even when overclocked

These drivers dont seem to like my 7800GT!

Why dont you try the 84.20 Xtreme-G version?

I did not like the unmodified version.

So are these a lot better with Bf2 ? what kind of FPS increase are you getting ?

Im not sure on the FPS increase, but BF2 is my primary game and this is the best set I have ever had.

I got a 35 point increase in 3dmark06 lol

35 point increase - better than a kick in the knackers!

Im more interested in game performace these days, and I can tell you that BF2 runs as sweet as ever

These are great drivers, having a mare trying to find some decent drivers for my 79gt, I gave these a bash, definite IQ improvement.

so are these much better then the 84.20.v2's that im using now? will i see much of an increase on my PCI-E 6800GS?

Cant comment yet as im still at work.

I would install the 84.21's though as they probably have bug fixes over the 84.20's.
