I've been looking around on google for a while now and i'm not any closer to finding out which steering wheels are the best for the money!

So, the question i ask is, which are the best bang for buck steering wheels, and why?

I personally am looking to buy one for around £30-40, what can you recommend? :)

2nd hand Black Momo.

If you mean one of these.

Then I would agree, I had one of those before my G25 and my brother still has and uses his regularly. His is about 3-4 years old now and is still as good as the day he bought it.

So a second hand one should be in very good condition.

Looking at completed listings on a certain auction site shows you could get one for £40 delivered.

That's the one & the wheel I've used for Years. Best of all if it goes wrong Logitech will replace it, I had 3 of them before they told me to do one. :D

The Momo is a good value choice, as is the DFP, but they aren't half as durable as the G25 which is a better choice if you tend to abuse them (i.e. play RBR ;)).

I'll let you off that comment seeings you play RBR. :D
Mine has seen years of Competitive League racing & years of hobby racing on RBR, RFactor & LFS S2. It's definately the best wheel to spend 40 quid on, Of course if you take to it then you can invest in a G25.

Love my MOMO :D
I had a driving force pro but didn't like it and it broke really quickly so I bought another MOMO. I'd like a go on the G25 but it costs loads.

The only thing stopping me buying one is the cost, I don't play that much these days so it wouldn't be justified. I only wish they had brought it out back in the day when I was competitive.
Having said that every time I pull out my Momo & rash RBR, RF or LFS with it I can't fault it.

Thanks for the replies!

I looked up the Momos, however they turned out to be too expensive for me on a certain auction site. I have decided to settle with a Logitech Driving Force EX, which is much cheaper but has very good reviews. Thanks again :)
