Hi guys :)

Looking for a new laptop, was considering getting a gaming £2500 beast, but I dont want to do that anymore....lol

Looking for something thats a good spec and will play some games with decent results.

Thinking of a dell xps m1530 with this spec...

Intel® Core™ 2 Duo processor T7250 (2.00 GHz, 800 MHz FSB, 2 MB 2-cache)
Genuine Windows Vista® Home Premium - English
Base Warranty - 1 Year XPS Premium Hardware Support (incl. Gaming and on-Site Support)
2.0 mega pixel Camera & Tuxedo Black for CCFL Display
15.4¿ UltraSharp™ WXGA (1280x800) CCFL Display (220nits) with TrueLife™
Biometric Fingerprint Reader with BLACK accent
2048MB 667MHz Dual Channel DDR2 SDRAM [2x1024]
250GB (5400RPM) SATA Hard Drive
NVIDIA® GeForce™ Go 8600M GT with 256MB dedicated graphic memory edit
Fixed 8x DVD+/-RW Slim Slot Load drive, including SW
Primary 6-cell Lithium-Ion Battery (56 WHr)

That for £729 inc delivery.

Whatya think? :)

Also, when do you think dell would start doing penryn cpus?

So bumpidy bump bump ;)

Anyone know when dell are going to be using penryn cpus in their lappys?

Well I note Dell seem to have a sale on the XPS M1330 at the moment. Ends on 6th Feb so maybe this is a last effort to clear out old cpu's before they announce Penryn availability. :o

I for one am certainly holding back on the 1330 until Penryn is in it. I see Sonystyle is quoting mid Feb availability on their pre-order Penryn laptops.
