Since there's been a recent influx of spare steam codes from people getting them from computer components and extra's with games etc. I thought this would be a good thread to have a little giveaway? If people have spare codes lieing around they can give them away here, and it can be made in a competition style or the first person to reply could have it :)
 
Haha, I knew that would pop up :p I'm only a poor student so I've only got a handful of games that I bought when they were really cheap in the Christmas sale, but I know theres a lot of avid gamers on here and they might aswell put them unused codes to use!
 
Intentions are good with this idea, but I predict giveaways being lost within a mountain of "Me please" posts and people arguing/going off topic.

Best bet it to check this part of the forum whenever you can.

If you manage to win a draw, EXCELSIOR!

If you miss one, can't win them all and be glad that someones day has been lifted by the generosity of others.
 
Yeah, I just thought to prevent that, it could just be whoever has the code to give away can say they've got one and whoever replies to them first gets it :)
 
Maybe have a sub forum in the PC Games section just for giveaways that way people can make new threads and it would save the confusion from having one huge thread?

That would be a fantastic idea, maybe I'll get in contact with a mod and see if it can be done :)
