They really do. We have a telegraph pole just to the left on this photo.

Any suggestions? I’m just about to go out and clean it for the second time today. It was worse than this at 9am

I swear it's the colour or the reflection on a black car. I had a black car once and I've never known a car to get pooped on by birds so much. The white one we have now never gets pooped on

I'd love to build a car port but would need to do planning as our side is also facing the road

Have you seen how high the poles are. I’m semi terrified of heights!

I’ve been looking for all sorts of bird scaring stuff online but most seems to suggest they don’t really work

Another alternative is perhaps buy a white car? Then the poop may be less noticeable

That will continue to happen unless you remove the pole. I had a TV aerial at the side of my house and birds were constantly pooping down the side onto the decking, removed the aerial and no longer a problem.
