Went to London last week for a course, didn't get much time for photography but for a short visit to the museum. This is my favourite shot taken there. I entered it into the first competition of the season in my camera club last night and it was 2nd.

Glad you like it :)

Yeah its the central courtyard, I had to wait quite a while to get the people in the right place, most of the time there were too many. I could tell my workmate was a bit tired of hanging around with a photographer :)

ooooh, me like! What processing did you do? I know the stone there is pretty light already, but I take it this wasn't just a levels/saturation tweak?

Thanks for the comments :)

The editing was channel mixer to make it monochrome (100% red), levels, curves, some sharpening and thats it.

I did apply the curves and undo and reapply several times until I was happy. As Adwright says the stone there is pretty much white already anyway, especially if the sun it out and shining through the glass ceiling.
