I swear this is a micky mouse company.

Order goods and no sign of them a week later. Send email about it, reply is "bulk of order should be with you tomorrow, some bits will come from main supplier".

Another week later (posted the day before with 24hour next day parcel force) the main bulk arrives.

The oil is not the same oil as in the photo, and is about 3/5 the price of the oil that is.

To top this off (swidt?) the middle strip of the font label for the oil has been removed, here it should say what the oil number is. God knows what is in there.

One of the wipers is not what was ordered too.

No sign on the plugs or the air filter yet, but I've this funny feeling that it is going to be coming from Yodel.

I could have got this crap from the local car shop (which I would rather support tbh) for the same price with zero hassle.

PITA company, avoid.

Never heard of them.

Heard of eurocarparts which everyone in britain uses though :p

Or try mister-auto.co.uk have bought lots from them and it turns up with no issues at all. They are like eurocar but just online.

Ask them to pick them up and refund you.
If they refuse, and if you bought with a credit card, call the card issuer and dispute the transaction and then tell the seller to collect them.

Try eurocarparts, GSF (with 40-45% off code you get by email every weekend) or mister-auto for some things like suspension arms are much cheaper than the aforementioned for meyle, lemforder, trw etc....

I bought a clutch off them about 4 years ago and everything was great, shame its gone downhill.
