The chap with the speedboat that crashed

He wouldn't be the first to pretend a passenger was driving. I wondered if there was an independent witness that saw her driving.
He wouldn't be the first, but why is it relevant at this point? He's been convicted on the basis that she was driving the boat.
 
It's been refreshing to read this thread. I thought I was alone in thinking it's simply a family seeking someone to blame for the tragic loss of their daughter. Rather than accepting it was her fault.

He shouldn't have fled though.
