Launching in the first half of 2024

And very interesting: "This next generation QD-OLED panel features a new optimized pixel layout for better text clarity"

And it's cooled without a fan, the rear consists of a graphene film over the back of the panel to transfer heat into the heatsink with passive airflow

Here is the pixel layout

Current QD-OLED monitor looks like this:

This new QD OLED panel looks like this:

It's still a triangle, but they've moved the sub pixels around and it now has a more horizontal shape and there is less empty black between space the pixels. Vincent says text is much sharper and clearer on the new monitor

if the monitor has displayu port 1.4 that needs DSC for full spec, maybe its just better to use the hdmi 2.1 ports for the conection and not use DSC
most recent GPUs that would run content at spec will have both!
only ussue would be if you staerted having more then one screen of this spec, but that will be the 1% or 1%.
Dan

Hdmi 2.1 is not enough though

3840x2160 240hz 4:4:4 HDR10 requires about 56GB/s of bandwidth
