The Climb

I bought it in an Oculus sale for £7.99, I'd say it's worth it for that. I'm not the best with heights and the game does give me the jitters in parts, wobbly legs and sweaty hands lol the worst (best?) parts, are when you're hanging by your hands, and then have to reach out and effectively jump across a gap and try and catch on another ledge. Because of the way you jump, your body model can push you out away from the wall meaning you miss the hand hold and you just drop - that feeling of missing the catch and knowing you're falling (but not really) makes my stomach go a bit. I wouldn't say it's worth £30 for me, but definitely on sale it was.

I have the climb and love it, think it's a great way to work out. Lots of different challenges and there are many ways to complete a climb so it has plenty for you to keep coming back to.

I have it, it’s very good. If you can get it cheap then go for it. I use wrist weights when playing, it’s tiring :)

It's a great game/experience with some great visuals. The sense of scale is fantastic, there's a climb where a helicopter flies by at some distance away, made me feel so high up and vulnerable on the rockface.
I'm not sure why I stopped playing it, I only did the first few climbs (I did them multiple times though. Hmmm, must load it up again tonight

First Rift game I ever refunded. Found it utterly dull tbh, but then again, heights in VR have zero effect on me, so I think that probably killed a lot of the experience.

Ended up with it again later in bundle, but I've never gone back to it.

Echo the post a few above, I bought it in an Oculus sale for £7.99, worth it for that price but not £30 odd. I'd hold out, it'll be on sale again...
