Does anybody else on here's work place use Kronos (it's something to do with shift rotas)?

I've been checking my shifts online for ages now but when I signed in for my shift this afternoon I was told I shouldn't have been in but when I checked the pen and paper rotas it was confirmed that I should have been in (just as well really).

For a few weeks Kronos has been down so I can't check my shifts online but you'd have thought that with these big companies that use it and have teams of IT professionals would have sorted out by now.

(It's the sort of thing that Arnold Schwartzenegger would have said and done [with a gun) in one of of his films during the '80s or what Micheal Douglas would have said and done in FALLING DOWN but my character who says uses a sledgehammer).
Anyway BOT-

The Co-op can't be the only company that uses the Kronos* system/software. But my point was that somebody somewhere got it wrong and I could have easily gone home on a shift when I was needed and one of the team leaders said that she could have done with me being on the till but that would have left nobody on the shopfloor to deal with the Hermes and hope shopping delivery drivers but I told the team leaders to offer a few bribes or call in a few favours.
The sooner Kronos is sorted out, the better.
