The Crew AMD Problem

I started up The Crew today and got an AMD driver error and have no idea what caused it, both card seem to be running perfectly fine.

I got used to seeing that message a lot on my 290s lol. The driver is crashing, Game and driver likely needs updating

Hmmm, it might be to do with VSR, time for some tweaking I think, pending that, a driver downgrade :S

Any overclocking? Overclocking not stable is one main reason you can see that message. If not and it keeps happening could mean a driver update or game patch.. If you start seeing it on more games and have no overclock then the GPU could be the problem.

But overclocking is number one, call first.

If you card is overclocked, I would put my guess down on the core clock being unstable.

Found out what is was, I had The Crew's setting at 2560 x 1440 using VSR and had updated to the new drivers and forgot to turn VSR back on so it was trying to get 1440p but couldn't
