The first build seems pretty overkill for your needs?

I think the best build for what you need might be the trinity.

- Quad-core for the applications.
- iGPU for Minecraft.
- Good all-rounder

Another question, how come build 1 doesn't include an OS?

For video editing only, the first build as that piledriver has good threading and deals well with heavy video loads.

The second one is close perfomance wise but the price of it (compared to the first build) is a deciding factor.

The trinity spec isn't a good option for video editing but will have better graphical performance.

If this rig will stay purely for video editing the first one is well worth it for your budget though if you start yo struggle there is no room yo upgrade your CPU. The second spec may be a tiny bit behind on performance and more on price but it gives you an option to grab an i7 in the future.

I don't know how good piledrivers on boards are but it may be worth getting a low end gpu.

The i10 will be plenty for Minecraft, but significantly slower than the other two builds in video editing, I wouldn't bother with it.

As I've mentioned in another thread recently, the 8320 is faster for video editing than the 3330 for less money, although the 3330 is a decent CPU. You won't be unhappy with either of the first builds, I'd recommend the 8320 for it's video editing ability.

didnt realise it was missing the OS aha oh well, and i forgot to mention but i would like it to be upgradeable in the near future to a more gaming end PC but not massively gaming just little tweaks for better graphics cards and such. it will be mostly rendering and editing but as i said minecraft is a game i would like to play

then go with a piledriver, either the 8350 or the 8320 they are better then encoding than i5s or any of the lesser amd chips
