The difference between Gigabyte UD5 and UD4P?

looking at them ud5 has extra heatpipe and so would give better southbridge/northbridge cooling ?? maybe more tho but ud5 is a better speced board :)
 
Just ask gigabytes website to compare them for you

Last I checked the UD5 was cheaper on here despite being better, presumably a result of ocuk ordering loads of them
