i just bought a laptop to replace my pc. The main game i played was cs and cs:s, on my old 9800xt at 1280x1024 cs used to get max fps but cs:s 50ish dipping to 30. on the new lappy at 1900x1200 for cs and 1900x1024 for cs:s with max aa and af get max fps in cs and 90- 100 in cs:s and the game looks :eek:

got happy too soon actualy fps is cs:s is 50 -100+ still more then playable.

note never base you fps on one map

specs is

core2duo 2ghz
2 gig ram
go 7900

nice lappy...@ one point my laptop was like that. Just anoying when upgrade time comes around.
