the difference ?

Hello , i am wondering if is it posible to tell the difference between those 2 monitors, what i am asking to be more specific is can u feel the 5ms and 2ms response time when u play games?

also which of those 2 is better in your oppinion?

2" size difference

There is really no difference between 2ms and 5ms, so out of the two only, I'd opt for the Samsung SM2233BW simply for the extra 2".
