Did anyone spend £50 or more with Direct2Drive between April 12th and May 9th??
They had an advert on their home-page for weeks which said that if you spend £50 or more during that period then you'd get '£10 Cash Back' on May 10th (i.e. a £10 voucher to spend on their site, which would also expire at the end of May).
I spent around £55 on three games during that period - I bought two games from the sales and then went and got splinter cell because I knew it would qualify me the cash back offer - but as yet they haven't given my anything. I've asked them via three support tickets, but they just keep fobbing me off... the latest was 6 days ago when they said "it is being processed now and you will recieve details today". I asked them again 2 days ago and they haven't responded.

... don't think I'll be buying anything from them again.
