The Division - 21:9 Ultra Wide - Is there a cut scene fix?

Hi there, please can you help by helping me to find a cut scene fix for The Division in-game Cut Scenes?

The rest of the game runs perfect in 21:9 Ultra Wide but the cut-scenes are in letterbox mode.

I've done a lot of searching on google and I found a great tool that fixes other games called Flawless Widescreen but it doesn't yet support The Division.

EDIT: Also it says on this website http://pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/Tom_Clancy's_The_Division thats "Most cutscenes are pillarboxed 16:9" but some of my other games were the same but then they were fixed really easily with Flawless Widescreen which is an amazing tool.

Does anybody know if there's an alternative program to "Flawless Widescreen"? And also does anybody know who made "Flawless Widescreen" and how we can contact the maker? Maybe we could ask him to implement this in the game?

I used Flawless Widescreen on Wolfenstein New Order and now the cut scenes and gameplay are perfect!

Ok cheers for asking mate. I guess maybe the cut scenes in this particular game can't be fixed then at this present time.

At least they fixed the ultra wide aspect ratio for the gameplay though as I only just got The Division a couple of days ago but I read online that when the game was released it didn't work in Ultra wide 21:9 so at least they patched it to work for ultra widescreen monitors.
