The Dry January Club

It's the bit in between that I don't like...when you've had a couple and just feel a bit groggy and crap the next day, not a full hangover, just.....feeling crap. Just not worth it for me.

I always do a few festivals each year and go full fear and loathing and get it all out my system in a good blowout, then live wholesome the rest of the time, works for me :D
Me neither. I've become more health conscious over the years, and the desire to write the next day off just isn't there anymore. I left that in my 20s.

We're doing a massive road trip to Defqon 1 in June, jussayin' ;)

I'm still going through the crazy dreams stage though which always messes my sleep up. Always get this in the first week to 10 days of cutting it out....get lots of disturbed sleep and really vivid dreams.

A week now so the brain fog is starting to lift and I'm getting back the concentration and energy levels that are the best bit about cutting out alcohol.
I’ve got this but I’m coming down with something. Smasher of a headache and exhausted as well so it’s probably that :p
