Australia, I am disappoint.

Magnificent bowling from Anderson, but I think the rain had the best spell. :p

Game on!

Lyth atrocious once again I see, what does he need to do to get dropped?

Assuming he doesn't score 100+ in the second innings Ivd be surprised if he wasn't dropped, or maybe I'm just hoping. I guess the lack of other openers doesn't help.

That was a much better performance from England. I'm still not entirely sure that Ian Bell's knock is enough to justify his place in the squad, but I don't know who would replace him. I don't think Lyth should be given any more chances, he just throws them away and it creates problems for the team. Cook was unlucky, he was looking good, he just needs to get back to leaving the good balls and punishing the bad balls. His patience at the crease was always welcome.

Steven Finn got us some key wickets and that lifted the England bowlers. Now I hope that we can bat it out today and our batsmen can demoralise their bowlers to the point where they want to give up. They need to be made to regret their silly comments.

I can see exactly what will happen here. We'll be all out with a lead of 100 or so, Aus will get a stonking second innings score, leaving us with no option but to bat out for a draw, and instead, we'll be skittled for about 150 and limp to another embarrassing defeat.

In fact, I'm so sure, I've had a bet on it.

I don't understand why he didn't review that. The last review showed the ball going over, there are two reviews left and no more batsmen to come in after Buttler, so why not just review it anyway?
