Nice to see.
they really need to go through a cultural renaissance or enlightenment period before the rest of the world will ever take them seriously.
Bit more to it than that:
I will ask this and speak in truth.
Do you really want a mixed and convoluted society of religions and culture?
Do you think that watering down individualistic cultures and society is good?
America was founded on the ideal of religious freedom. Most of the western world (if we're talking about European plus places where we've colonised) has been Christian at some point.
To say you need to be Christian now to be integrated is laughable though. Am I not integrated as an atheist?
wtf does that have to do with the migrant crisis
those are British Muslims the picture has got nothing to do with the current migrants or refugees
I will ask you this and speak in truth.
Do you really think I've never left Norfolk?
Have you been providing for our own homeless and jobless?
Seeing as you ignore everything I ask you this seems apt.

Also what the **** have you and I goto to do with 1,000,000 immigrants knocking on the door, potentially wrecking our way of life?
People are strange that's for sure.![]()

Countries that England have had a war with. Christianity is the religion of peace!
We are not going to roll over and be invaded/colonised/conquered, because we had a few colonies in the 19th century.Yeah neither do we
America was founded under the basis that different denominations of Christianity would be accepted.
Just because we were a giver a hundred years ago, does not mean we want to be a receiver nowWe are not going to roll over and be invaded/colonised/conquered, because we had a few colonies in the 19th century.
The trouble is there are muslims, even in this country, that want sharia, and hold hard-line views (death to this, death to that).
You can only say "neither do we" because you don't view these people as "proper muslims". But they are muslims. They call themselves muslims, they go to their local mosque, and they claim to represent islam when they talk.
We see these people giving interviews on TV. The BBC did a group interview with some "young muslims" including a convert not so long ago. Now I'm not claiming they weren't hand-picked for the show, but the BBC does tend to have a very pro-muslim liberal bias. And even on their show, roughly 50% of these people were in favour of sharia in the UK, and were sympathetic with Charlie Hebdo attacks, etc.
These people exist, they are not camera shy, and they hold by our standards very extreme viewpoints. These are people that were born here, or came here at a young age, and have had every opportunity to integrate. Yet they preferred to stay separate, and value their vision of islam much more than they value western freedom and values.
Saying and acting are two very different things, quite a few people in this thread have said how disgusting they seem to find islam yet I bet that outside keyboard protection radius they are nice as pie to any they might meet.
Hence some might say it on camera for shock reasons, thanking theyre looking hard for their mates or whatever on camera, more so than they actually beleive.
Oh dear god, two muslims saying they'd imprison a gay person, an entire country full of people does that (*cough* russians *cough*) and we'd have a problem.
Sticks and stones, Boycey0211. You're just showing yourself up there.
Now that isn't true. Homosexuality isn't illegal in Russia. The only way a homosexual in Russia would be imprisoned is if they preached gay propaganda to minors.
Russia has been viewed as being socially conservative regarding homosexuality, with recent polls indicating that a majority of Russians are against the acceptance of homosexuality and have shown support for laws discriminating against homosexuals. Britain’s Channel 4 aired Hunted, a documentary describing the lives of LGBT residents under the propaganda law and the legitimization of vigilante groups hunting and abusing homosexuals—primarily gay men—in "a wave of terror". Since the law’s enactment, a number of Russian LGBT people seeking asylum in the United States has increased fourfold. However, despite receiving international criticism due to the recent increasing number of social discrimination, crimes, and violence against homosexuals, larger cities such as Moscow and Saint Petersburg have been said to have a thriving LGBT community. However, there has been a historic resistance to gay pride parades by local governments; despite being fined by the European Court of Human Rights in 2010 for interpreting it as discrimination, the city of Moscow denied 100 individual requests for permission to hold Moscow Pride through 2012, citing a risk of violence against participants.
With parents and teachers often unsympathetic or even hostile, Deti-404 (Children-404) is one of the few platforms for Russian teenagers to discuss LGBT issues in a safe space. Nearly every day, young people write in with stories and photographs – with their faces and names often hidden – describing the harassment, beatings and confusion they suffer due to their sexuality.
