Not really. I can't image what situation would see us using nuclear weapons against Argentina. We have Trident to stop people nuking us, and to give us some kind of strategic offensive ability in some sort of disaster situation.

Nope, it is part of the reason we spent quite a bit of our money on TLAM though, was hard to attack mainland Argentina in 1982, not now it isn't.
