Nvidia reported Q1 2024 revenue of $24.044bn with a net profit of $15.2bn! Wow!

The next 3 quarters could see Nvidia annual revenue smash through $100bn and net profit? About $60bn?

So Nvidia currently makes $160 million profit every single day...

it will come down eventually

Nvidia has that first mover advantage like Tesla once did but that will change, Nvidia investors can enjoy strong profits for a while yet

Once competition becomes embedded then that share price will probably come down to $400/500

Everyone is panicking that they'll leave the (paltry) gaming market soon for AI :D

The gaming market is about 10%-ish of their revenue, give it a a year or two and it will be about 5%.

The romantic says the gaming market put them where they are today but romance has no place in business.

They could go in the other direction price wise and make the next gen so desirable price wise that they completely wipeout AMD. And Intel would be finished before they even got started :D.

But we know that won't happen either, despite them having the funds to "take the hit". lol

After another surge in share price, Nvidia is now tied with Apple for the 2nd most valuable company in the world with both sitting on $3 trillion market cap.

If nvidia's share price goes up by another 7.5% then Nvidia will surpass Microsoft and become the largest company in the world

And yet as crazy as Nvidia's share price seems, they are sitting on a P/E of 70 compared to AMD P/E of 230
